Will beginner yoga classes help with my lower back problems?
Most definitely. Come learn Yoga step by step with "Yoga Studio"'s methodical, tested methods, in a safe and effective yoga class.
The four-week series of classes was designed for new yoga students of all fitness levels, including those who have never set foot on a yoga mat. We will teach you all of the basic yoga poses in a step-by-step process with other beginners,to ensure you receive the best education possible.
Each week builds on what was learned the previous week, so by "graduation day" you will feel more comfortable in any group yoga class.
Anyone can do yoga with the right attitude and the right instructor. If you are new to Yoga, start with our Basic Classes. These sessionsare geared toward the beginner, and will be toned down to meet their needs.
Beginner classes are ideal for those who have injuries or who have been away from their mats for a while. As you learn or relearn the proper foundation for each pose "from the ground up", you can return to your practice with newfound knowledge and ease.
Best of all, each participant will be given a 2 class pass to come practice what you have learned, either between sessions or after the series is over.
If you’re looking to advance to faster classes later on, you’ll be ready when the time comes.We have wonderful teachers here at our studio and recommend that you try them all.
