Personal care is the hallmark of your yoga experience, and you’ll find it at every level of interaction. In the private Intro Session, your individual needs and goals can be addressed before you get started. You’ll be guided and supported at every step, from the personal evaluations to the custom designed exercises that supplement our classes.
In addition to our classes, our yoga center offers Private Sessions for your special needs. With this one-on-one experience, you can learn at your own pace and explore the practice in greater depth than is possible within the limitations of a group class.
