Our Cardiovascular Training Center is absolutely state-of-the-art. We have endless equipment available for you to change your workout routine daily.
All of the cardio workout machines are equipped with your very own personal TV, allowing you to watch your favorite program while you exercise. You may also choose to listen to our digital music selections. It's all right here for your enjoyment while you strengthen your heart and lungs, so you’re having fun the whole time!
Being physically fit is a lifestyle choice. We’re more than a gym — we’re your fitness lifestyle support system. Cardio, weights, and group fitness classes are all part of our membership package. We also have swimming pools, a climbing wall, Pilates, massage, personal training, and more. We welcome everyone to our fitness center membership.

Combine energizing music with unique workout classes, and you get a great fitness workout with powerful results. Cycling (or spinning) exercise classes can strengthen the heart and lungs, burn calories, lower total cholesterol, decrease stress, reduce the risk of various diseases, and improve your quality of life.
We also offer high intensity classes that combine the speed and cardio from Kickboxing, the strengthening and toning from weight lifting, plus a little yoga. This class is high octane and very dynamic.
With this class, you will receive a highly customized plan involving three key types of exercise:
Strength Training, and
Each morning, you meet with your exercise specialist in a small-group environment for closely monitored aerobic exercise, followed by a cool down with gentle stretching. Every other morning, you also attend a strength training class. On alternating days, you’re in core and stretch class.
A general fitness regime that includes weights, cardio and stretching allows an overall body workout that benefits both the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems, as well as the mind.

The weights and cardio rooms can be accessed any time. To ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable atmosphere, please be courteous and respectful of others.
