The poultry that we offer is organically and naturally raised - cage free birds. We are able to provide whatever cut of meat you require. Our poultry are heritage birds and will demonstrate how amazing "real" chicken tastes.. The farmers that we work with believe in humane treatment of their animals - the well being of the birds is paramount. Chicken is always popular and ever versatile. You will find whatever cut you need to fit your recipes and your menu. The turkeys we offer are locally raised birds that are traditionally reared. They are guaranteed to deliver the best flavor for you Christmas or Thanksgiving family dinner.
We draw from the finest in local geese for your Christmas meal and a few other times per year. We are happy to assist you with any special needs. And all our Poultry products are rigorously controlled and processed within a separate production area and dedicated refrigeration to achieve optimal temperature control.
We sell birds that have been carefully raised and well fed, so they retain that wonderful flavour. A flavour which will be there when they’re served for Sunday lunch, will still be there when eaten cold and will sing through again when the remains are turned into stock and soup, as was always the custom.
