We typically don’t ever consider skilled nursing care until such time as a loved one requires more assistance than we can give them. "Assisted Living"'s Senior Living provides skilled nursing, post hospital, post surgical, and restorative care to our residents who seek excellent medical rehabilitation in a cozy, home like setting.
Our high caliber Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses can provide private duty services by the hour or shift.
Our Skilled Nursing Services Include:
* Rehabilitative Therapy
* 24-hour Nursing Care
* Respiratory Care
* Musculoskeletal and Skin Care
* GU/GI Care
* Medication Management
* Additional Services
* Treatment for Medical Conditions
Please feel free to ask all of your questions of our licensed professional staff. We know you have many concerns and we will do all that we can to alleviate your stress. We offer a variety of services as well as assisted living, retirement living and skilled nursing homes for every level of need.
Our long term care facilities support positive efforts to provide and improve nursing quality at all levels within the healthcare delivery system. Prior to moving in to our facility, you will be assessed to determine your level of assistance – if any. Evaluations are performed every once in awhile to see if any of your needs have changed and to make certain that you are being cared for in the most appropriate manner. Families and patients choose skilled nursing facilities when a loved one requires:
* Close supervision, if someone wanders off
* Around-the-clock nursing care
* Getting in and out of bed
* Assistance with meals
* Personal hygiene
Our RN’s (Registered Nurses) are dedicated to assisting their patients in making the best choices about their personal care. They are provided with the appropriate treatment, instructions and guided in critical thinking with regard to their current state of health. You may work with an RN to help manage medications or to assist with specific skilled care needs that have been prescribed by a doctor.
The RN referred to you will conduct an initial evaluation at the start of service to ensure quality of care, and then set up a medical plan-of-treatment for the family, client, and any additional caregivers to follow.
